Regions

BigPanda hosts each organization in a single data management region — US or EU. The region determines which base URL your requests use and where your data is processed. Every operation in this reference is available in both regions.

Base URLs

US	`https://api.bigpanda.io`
EU	`https://api.eu.bigpanda.io`

Choose the correct server

Your base URL is determined by your organization's data management region, not by a setting you choose per request. Send all requests to the base URL for the region your organization is hosted in. Sending a request to the wrong region's base URL will not find your data.

If you are not sure which region your organization uses, check with your BigPanda administrator or account team.

EU data processing

EU data is processed entirely within the EU. See the EU documentation for details.
