Before you begin

Confirm a few things before you make your first request. Each item below takes a minute and saves time later.

Confirm platform access

You need an active BigPanda account with access to the BigPanda console. Sign in at a.bigpanda.io. If your organization uses single sign-on, you are directed to your identity provider.

Confirm your region

Every organization is hosted in a single data management region — US or EU. The region determines which base URL your requests use. All operations are available in both regions. See Regions and base URLs to find yours.

Confirm your permissions

A User API Key inherits the permissions of the user who created it. To call a given endpoint, the key's user must hold a role with the matching permission. If you receive a 403 Forbidden response, the token is valid but lacks the required permission. Ask an administrator to review your role, or see the Roles Management documentation.

Choose a tool

You do not need an SDK. You can call the APIs with:
