Preprocessing

OIM maps a raw payload from any monitoring tool to BigPanda's tag model with parsing rules defined at the integration level — no custom code.

Preprocessing routes enable you to add additional preprocessing to transform the payload before it enters OIM normalization. This may be required by event payloads that use unpermitted field forms such as long URLs.
