Retrieve Worker Health

Returns 200 once the process is up, independent of how many integrations
are configured (integration_count: 0 does not fail it).

[VERIFY: the v13.6.3 install guide says the endpoint comes up only after
the worker connects to Temporal; the README says "once the process is up".
Which is true in 13.9.0? Affects probe start-window guidance.]

The image is node:*-slim: node is present, curl/wget are not.

ECS: healthCheck.command as ["CMD-SHELL", "<one-liner>"]. Kubernetes: native httpGet probe on /health, port 8080. Docker: HEALTHCHECK CMD <one-liner>.

🚧 Authentication
None. The health endpoints are served on the worker host only, on METRICS_PORT (default 8080), and are not exposed to BigPanda or the internet.

📘 Where this runs
These endpoints are served by the On-Prem Worker container in your environment, not by a BigPanda region endpoint. Replace localhost with the worker host if probing from elsewhere on the same network.
