AI Incident Assistant and Prevention (Biggy) API

AI Assistant is BigPanda's AI agent for incident operations. This module runs on its own host (api.biggy.io US, eu-api.biggy.io EU) and exposes Biggy's capabilities programmatically: natural-language queries, executable action plans, major incident management, swarm investigations, meeting transcripts, and the agent protocols (A2A and MCP) that let other AI systems work with BigPanda.

What you can achieve here

Ask Biggy anything in automation: Actions and Execution > Query sends a natural-language question and retrieves the structured response — the same interface operators use in chat, available to your runbooks.

Run a major incident end to end: MIM executes major incident management workflows from templates — spin up channels, drive communications, and resolve or cancel executions.

Investigate collaboratively: Swarm Investigations creates structured multi-responder investigations and collects proposals against them.

Score upcoming changes: Change Risk requests and retrieves AI risk ratings for change records.

Capture the war room: Meetings and Transcripts invites Biggy to a meeting, then lists and retrieves transcripts and generated summaries for post-incident review.

Wire up other AI systems: Agents exposes the A2A protocol endpoint and agent card for agent-to-agent workflows, and the MCP server for assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol.

Dependencies and access

All endpoints use the same Bearer authentication as the core APIs, scoped by the calling user's role.

Conversational and agent endpoints (Query, A2A, MCP) are rate limited to 100 requests per minute.

Access and Administration in this module manages Biggy-specific users, roles, and the Biggy audit log — separate from platform-wide access management in the core module.
